Water Tracker - Drink Water Reminder :
Water is the most essential nutrient that your body needs daily. A human body is composed of almost 60% water. To maintain a healthy lifestye and to let your organs work well you must drink water to your need. Our app will let you know your required daily intake by calculating your weight and your workout routine.
Dehydration causes many problems such as drop in your body temperature, cramps, headaches and much more. Usually we don’t care how much water we drink daily and mostly we don’t drink to our need. Water tracker helps you keep track of how much water you must drink to fulfill your body’s needs. Without drink water reminder it would be difficult to have a count of how many glasses or litres of water you drank.
This app will allow you to have a graph of how much water you drank in previous days. The app will generate drink water reminder as per your selected interval and would prompt you to drink water.
Usage:
Step 1: Put your details such as weight, workout routine, glass or bottle size etc.
Step 2: The app will let you know your daily intake. You can edit that from settings.
Step 3: Just let the app know when you get a drink by pressing Add a Drink on main screen.
Features:

- You can also access water tracker history, drink water tips and your daily water intake history (Water Log).
- Select interval of your choice.
- Set your glass and bottle size in water tracker settings.
